4 Chicken breasts (each about 130 grams)

Preparation steps

1.

Peel avocado, halve and pit. Cut into about 5 mm (approximately 1/5 inch) thick slices and sprinkle immediately with lemon juice. Rinse and dry tomatoes, remove stalks, halve and cut into thin slices. Rinse salad greens and spin dry.

Rinse and pat dry meat, flatten, if necessary, and season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a pan and cook meat for about 2-3 minutes per side. Slice baguette lengthwise, cut in half and top with lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, and chicken. Spread with ketchup and serve.
