2 scallions
1 sm jar Corn (100 grams drained)
250 grams Chicken breasts
1 tsp salt
1 generous pinch peppers
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1 tsp medium-hot Mustard
3 eggs
2 Tbsps breadcrumbs
4 Tbsps sunflower oil
Lettuce to taste (such as arugula and baby spinach)
2 White rolls

Preparation steps

Rinse, trim and very finely chop the peppers. Rinse the scallions, trim, finely chop the white parts and cut the green parts into very thin strips. Drain the corn.

Cut the chicken breasts into about 0.5 cm pieces, set aside one-third, and finely chop the rest. Mix the meat with the chopped meat, the slices of pepper, scallions and corn. Season with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and mustard, add the eggs and breadcrumbs and shape into 8 patties with lightly floured hands.

Heat the oil and saute the patties on 8-10 minutes on both sides over medium heat until they are cooked and browned.

Meanwhile, rinse the lettuce and spin dry. Halve and toast the rolls. Arrange the lettuce on each of the bun halves and to each with two patties.
