1 Tbsp Caper (from a jar)
1 tsp Harissa
1 Tbsp olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the garlic and chop finely. Rinse cherry tomatoes and cut into eighths.

2.

Cut olives into slices. Squeeze half a lemon.

3.

Rinse rosemary, shake dry, pluck needles and chop with a large knife.

4.

Drain the capers in a tea strainer and place in a bowl. Stir in garlic, lemon juice, rosemary, harissa, olives and olive oil. If you like, add 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion.

Mix in tomatoes and season with a little salt and pepper.

Cut aluminum foil into 2 equal pieces (approximately 30 x 30 cm/approximately 12 x 12 inches). Cut feta cheese in half and place 1 piece into the center of each foil piece. With a tablespoon, spread the tomato and caper mixture evenly over cheese.

7.

Fold sheets of foil into packets and place in a large baking dish. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C (fan 160°C, gas mark 2-3) (approximately 350°F/convection 325°F) for about 15 minutes. Place baked feta cheese in foil on plates, carefully open and serve immediately.
