2 Cherry tomatoes
1 scallion
1 sprig Dill
1 garlic clove
200 grams Cod

Preparation steps

1.

Slice potatoes, halve tomatoes, cut  peeled onion into rings. Arrange with dill and crushed garlic on a piece of aluminum foil.

Rinse fish, pat dry, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice. Place on top of fish and seal tightly. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 25 minutes. Serve garnished with parsley and sprinkled with lemon juice.
