Preparation steps

Cut the bagels in half and spread with the cream cheese. Rinse the cucumber and thinly slice. Peel the pineapple and cut into thin slices. Rinse the lettuce leaves and pat dry.

Place the lettuce leaves on the bottom bagel halves followed by the cucumber and pineapples. Sprinkle with the pink peppercorns and sandwich with the top bagel halves. Serve immediately.
