Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the arugula, spin dry, and tear into bite-sized pieces. Rinse and quarter the pears. Remove the core and thinly slice.

2.

For the dressing, mix the honey, vinegar, and the oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix the arugula and the pears with the dressing, shave the parmesan over the top, and serve in bowls.
