Preparation steps

1.

Drain the tuna and flake with a fork. Rinse the scallions, trim and finely chop, keeping the white and green parts separate.

2.

Mix the tuna with the mayonnaise, yogurt and green parts of the scallions. Season with lime juice, salt and pepper. Serve sprinkled with the white parts of the scallions.
