250 grams Cherry tomatoes
1 onion
1 pkg Mozzarella
2 Tbsps black Olives (pitted)
1 bunch Basil
125 grams Whipped cream
salt (and pepper)

Preparation steps

1.

Trim lettuce, divide into leaves and tear into bite-sized pieces. Rinse tomatoes and quarter. Drain cheese and cut into small cubes.

2.

Peel onion, chop finely and mix with creme fraiche and salt and pepper to taste. Cut olives into thin slices.

3.

Chop half of the basil finely and mix with the lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and olives. Drizzle dressing over the salad and garnish with remaining basil leaves.
