Preparation steps

1.

Drain mozzarella and cut into cubes. In a bowl, mix oil with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in mozzarella cubes.

2.

Pluck basil leaves from stems. Rinse and pat tomatoes dry. Thread mozzarella cubes, tomatoes and basil leaves alternately onto wooden skewers.
