Preparation steps

1.

Mix cream cheese in a bowl with mustard and cream. Add chervil to the bowl, mix and season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.

2.

Warm slices of toast and spread with chervil cream. Peel eggs and cut into slices and place on toast. Serve toasts garnished with chervil leaves.
