100 grams Whipped cream
3 Tbsps powdered sugar
2 tsps freshly grated ginger
300 grams Strawberries
1 tsp black Sesame seeds

Preparation steps

1.

Whip the cream until stiff. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon powdered sugar and mix the ginger with the whipped cream.

Place ginger cream in a shallow metal bowl and freeze for 3 hours. Stir well every 30 minutes with a fork so that no large crystals form (or finish in an ice machine).

3.

For the strawberry puree, rinse the strawberries, trim and purée with remaining powdered sugar. Strain the strawberry puree through a sieve and place covered in the refrigerator.

4.

To serve, distribute the strawberry puree on a plate and put on each 1 scoop of ginger ice cream. Sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
