If you're normally rushed in the morning, let the cereal mixture sit overnight in the refrigerator. You are welcome to be creative when preparing the strawberry muesli. Chopped almonds, raisins or chocolate shavings are a particularly delicious topping.

4 Tbsps rolled Oatmeal
2 Tbsps dried Cranberry (about 20 grams)
¾ cup
5 ozs Yogurt (low-fat)
9 ozs Strawberries
2 Tbsps honey

Preparation steps

1.

Combine millet flakes, oats and dried cranberries in a bowl.

2.

Warm the milk and mix with 100 grams (approximately 1/2 cup) yogurt and stir into the millet mixture. Let soak for about 30 minutes.

3.

Meanwhile, rinse the strawberries in a bowl of cold water and gently pat dry with paper towels.

4.

Depending on the size, halve berries lengthwise or cut into quarters.

5.

Mix muesli with 1½ tablespoons of honey and place in bowl.

6.

Stir remaining yogurt until smooth. Serve muesli topped with yogurt, berries and honey.
