Dairy products are way ahead when it comes to the supply of vitamin B2 and calcium. The vitamin has an anti-inflammatory and soothing effect on the skin, calcium strengthens the bones. By the way, pregnant women need an extra portion of both!

Wasabi powder is now also available in well-stocked supermarkets. The drink with hot horseradish from the glass tastes just as spicy.
