Preparation steps

1.

For the avocado dip, squeeze the juice from the lime. Rinse the cilantro, pat dry, and finely chop. 

2.

Halve the avocado, remove the seed, and peel the halves. 

3.

Finely dice the pulp of the avocado. Puree the avocado with the lime juice, cilantro, and wasabi with an immersion blender. Mix the sour cream into the puree and stir until combined. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
