100 grams Mascarpone
50 grams Mayonnaise

8 slices Sandwich bread

Preparation steps

1.

Chop shrimp. Rinse tomatoes, halve, remove seeds and cut into small pieces.

2.

Rinse basil and cut leaves into strips. Mix mascarpone with mayonnaise. Stir in shrimp, tomatoes and basil and season with salt and pepper.

3.

Rinse lettuce leaves and pat dry. Top 4 slices of bread with 1 lettuce leaf. Add shrimp mixture and top with remaining bread slices. Press down lightly, cut diagonally and serve.
