1 small onion
1 garlic clove
300 grams Ground beef
1 Red Bell pepper

1 generous pinch cayenne pepper
1 tsp thyme (dried)
1 bunch Arugula

Preparation steps

Peel onion and garlic. Finely chop onion and press garlic through a garlic press. Rinse and halve pepper, remove seeds and ribs and cut into cubes. In a pan, sauté onion, garlic and pepper in oil.

Add ground beef and fry, stirring, until browned and crumbly. Season with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and thyme. Rinse and spin arugula dry. Layer bottom halves of buns with arugula and ground beef mixture. Top with remaining bun halves and serve warm.
