2 Pickle
1 Tbsp Caper
2 Anchovy fillet
1 shallot
1 sprig Tarragon
2 sprigs parsley
1 tsp lemon juice

Preparation steps

Whisk together the egg yolks and the mustard in a bowl.

Continuing to whisk, gradually incorporate the oil until a thick and creamy mayonnaise has formed.

Finely dice the pickles, drained capers, and the anchovies. Peel and finely dice the shallot. Rinse the herbs and pat dry. Remove the leaves from the stems and finely chop.
