½ small Vanilla bean
1 pc Melon (such as cantaloupe; 250 grams; chilled)
½ cup milk (1.5% fat; chilled)
1 scoop Raspberry sorbet (about 50 grams)

Preparation steps

1.

Halve vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape out the seeds.

2.

Peel the melon piece and cut into wedges. Cut off 1 thin wedge and dice the rest.

3.

Finely crush the ice cubes and place in a glass.

4.

Combine the vanilla seeds, melon cubes, milk and raspberry sorbet in a tall vessel and puree with an immersion blender. Pour the milk mixture into the glass, garnish with reserved melon wedge and serve immediately.
