1 small Organic orange (about 125 grams)
½ cup Beet juice
3 Tbsps Carrot juice
In addition: Ice cubes

Preparation

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse orange with hot water and pat dry. With a vegetable peeler, remove peel in long strips.

2.

Thinly slice orange peel. 

3.

Halve and juice orange.

4.

Combine orange juice, beet juice and carrot juice in a tall container and mix with an immersion blender. Fill a glass with ice cubes, pour in juice, and serve garnished with orange zest.
