1 kilogram waxy potatoes
200 grams Radish
1 bunch scallions
1 egg
salt
Nutmeg
2 Tbsps Canola oil

Preparation steps

1.

Peel potatoes, grate, place in a damp tea towel and put in a bowl. Let stand a few minutes.

Meanwhile, rinse radishes, trim, pat dry and cut into sticks. Rinse, trim and cut scallions into rings.

3.

Drain potatoes so that no starch remains on bottom of bowl. Grate potatoes, mix with egg and season with salt and freshly grated nutmeg.

4.

Heat oil in a pan. add potato mixture in portions, flatten and fry for 1-2 minutes over medium to high heat on each side. Drain potato pancakes on paper towels.

5.

Sprinkle radish sticks and onion rings on potato pancakes to serve.
