4 Pork cutlets (ready to cook, each about 150 grams)

4 Tbsps coarsely chopped Fresh herbs (Rosemary, Basilikzum, thyme, parsley)
4 slices Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsps clarified butter
3 Red onions
vegetable oil
1 Tbsp freshly chopped parsley

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top and bottom heat Preheat.

Rinse meat, pat dry, season with salt and pepper, spread with herbs and cover with 1-2 slices of cheese. Roll up and tie with kitchen string. Heat butter in a pan and brown rolls until golden brown on all sides. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 10-15 minutes.
