Preparation steps

1.

Trim crust from the slice of bread and roll out thinly with a rolling pin.

2.

Rinse and peel carrot and slice the sides to a uniformly-thick size.

3.

Spread peanut butter on the bread. Place carrot on the long edge of the bread and roll.

4.

Wrap in aluminum foil, twist ends together and refrigerate.
