3 onions (each about 50 grams)
3 Lettuce (about 240 grams)
3 Tbsps butter (about 45 grams)
2.64 lbs Peas (frozen)
soy sauce
peppers
11 ozs Sausage
1 ¼ cups
10 slices Whole Wheat Bread (each about 45 grams)

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the onions and cut into thin rings. Rinse lettuce, shake dry and cut each into eighths.

Melt the butter in a large pot and sauté onions until translucent. Add lettuce and sauté 3-4 minutes.

Add frozen peas and cook for about 5 minutes.

Pour in 300 ml (approximately 10 ounces) of water and puree with an immersion blender. Season with soy sauce and pepper. Add sausage and heat through. 

5.

Meanwhile, put the milk into a tall vessel and foam with a milk frother. Divide soup among bowls, spoon frothy milk over each and serve with whole-wheat bread.
