1 bunch Lemon balm
150 grams Natural yogurt

Preparation steps

1.

Prepare pasta according to package directions, drain, rinse with cold water and drain again. Mix pasta with oil. Cut one lemon into slices. Remove zest from second lemon and squeeze for juice.

Mix lemon juice with yogurt and season with salt and pepper. Rinse lemon balm, chop fine and mix with sauce. Line bowl with lemon slices. Mix pasta with herb sauce and pour into bowl. Sprinkle with lemon zest.
