Preparation steps

Peel the melon, remove the fruit, and roughly chop. Rinse the parsley and remove the leaves. Puree the melon with the parsley. Mix in the apple juice and dilute with 150 ml (approximately 5 ounces) of water until your desired consistency has been reached.
