- 14 ozs Watermelon
- 7 ozs honeydew melon
- 3 ½ ozs Raspberries
- 1 Banana
- 1 tsp flaxseed
- 1 Tbsp minced fennel fronds
- 1 Tbsp Lime juice
Preparation steps
1.
Cut the melon into pieces. Pick through the rapsberries and remove any stems. Peel the banana and cut into pieces. Puree all the prepared ingredients in a blender with the flax seeds, fennel fronds, and lime juice.

Pour the smoothie into glasses, and serve.
