1 kilogram starchy potatoes
2 Tbsps butter
120 milliliters Almond milk
1 tsp ground Cumin
½ tsp Chili powder
½ tsp ground cilantro

Preparation steps

1.

Thoroughly rinse the potatoes. Add to a pot of water and cook for 30 minutes over medium heat. Drain the potatoes and peel. 

2.

Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the potatoes, and mash with a potato masher. 

3.

Bring the milk and the spices to a boil, then mix into the potatoes. Stir until a smooth puree has formed. Season to taste with salt, and serve.
