1 lemon (juice)
1 pinch ground Cumin
1 pinch ground cilantro
5 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Soak the bulgur in lukewarm water until soft, about 20 minutes.

Rinse the tomatoes, quarter, remove seeds and dice small. Rinse the parsley, pluck leaves from stems and chop. In a bowl, whisk the lemon juice with the cumin, coriander and oil, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Drain the bulgur through a fine sieve and press out excess moisture. In a bowl, combine the bulgur with the tomatoes, parsley and dressing. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
