150 grams Dark chocolate
1 ⅕ liters milk
cocoa powder (for dusting)

Preparation steps

Finely chop the chcoolate. Melt the chocolate in 800 ml (approximately 27 ounces) of milk over low heat. Froth the remaining milk.

Pour the hot chocolate into cups, and top with the milk foam. Dust with the cocoa powder and serve.
