1 honey or honeydew melon (or cantaloupe melon, to taste)
150 grams fresh Raspberries
1 Tbsp lemon juice
liquid Sweetener
to garnish
mint

Preparation steps

1.

Cut the melon in half and scrape out the seeds with a spoon. Scoop out the flesh with a melon baller.

2.

Clean and rinse the raspberries.

3.

Mix the melon balls and raspberries together in a bowl. Mix the lemon juice with the liquid sweetener (to taste), and pour over the fruit. Mix carefully, and set aside in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. 

4.

Fill in the melon halves with the fruit mixture. Serve garnished with mint, if desired.
