The trio of skyr, almonds and walnuts pack this dish with tons of protein. 

Sky has a creamier consistency and milder taste than quark. Feel free to use quark, however, or you can use yogurt as well.

1 Tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
1 pinch Vanilla powder (or 1/4 tsp vanilla extract)
1 oz Walnut
1 oz almonds (unpeeled)
2 tsps flaxseed oil

Preparation steps

1.

Mix Skyr with honey and vanilla. Coarsely chop the walnuts and almonds.

2.

Divide the Skyr between two bowls, add the nuts and sprinkle each with 1 teaspoon of flaxseed oil. Serve Skyr and enjoy.
