500 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
150 grams Spelt flakes
4 scallions
80 grams Sprout (Alfalfa and mung bean sprouts)
1 Tbsp green peppercorns
show all ingredients

Preparation steps

1.

Mix the yogurt with the spelt flakes and let stand for about 30 minutes.

2.

Meanwhile, rinse, trim and slice the scallions. Just before serving, stir in the sprouts and peppercorns.
