1 garlic clove
1 oz black olives (pitted)
1 sprig thyme
14 ozs Ground turkey
salt
peppers
3 ozs Feta
2 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation

Preparation steps

1.

Peel and finely chop onion and garlic. Coarsely chop olives. Combine in a bowl.

2.

Rinse thyme, shake dry, pluck off leaves and add to the bowl.

3.

Add ground turkey to bowl and season with salt and pepper. Using the dough hook, mix with a hand mixer until combined. Divide into 4 equal portions.

Cut the feta cheese into 4 cubes. With damp hands, shape turkey mixture portions into patties.

5.

Place feta cubes in the center of each patty, and fold meat around cheese until cheese is covered. Mold into patties again.

6.

Transfer patties to an aluminum tray. Drizzle with olive oil. Cook on a hot grill (or grill pan) for about 15 minutes, carefully turning once halfway through. Serve immediately.
