1 Sandwich wrap
1 oz Cream cheese (0.2% fat)
2 Tbsps diced Pineapple (from a can)
1 oz cooked ham

Preparation

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse lettuce, spin dry and cut into thin strips.

2.

Spread cream cheese over sandwich wrap, then layer with lettuce and pineapple. 

3.

Top with cooked ham and roll up firmly.

4.

Enclose the wrap in parchment paper and twist the ends like a candy wrapper. Cut diagonally with a bread knife and serve.
