Ingredients

- For the tofu skewers
- 8 small button Mushroom
- 8 cubes Tofu (About 125 grams)
- 1 thin sprig Leeks
- salt
- white peppers
- Light soy sauce
- cayenne pepper
- For the peanut sauce
- 4 Tbsps Peanut butter
- 4 tsps salted, roasted Peanuts
- 4 Tbsps milk
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 generous pinch Chili paste (such as Sambal oelek, harissa)
Preparation steps

For the tofu skewers, slice leek into 2-3 cm (approximately 3/4-inch) wide rings, rinse and drain. Clean mushrooms. Thread mushrooms on 8 skewers, alternating with diced tofu and leek. Season with salt, white pepper and cayenne pepper and brown on all sides on a preheated grill.

For the sauce, warm milk in a pot, add peanut butter and stir until dissolved. Stir in soy sauce and chili paste. Chop the peanuts. Fold peanuts into the sauce and season to taste. Serve with the skewers.
