8 Lamb cutlets (ready for cooking, each about 100 grams, with bone)

Preparation steps

1.

Peel garlic, chop coarsely and mix with rosemary and oil. Season with salt and pepper. Rinse lamb chops, pat dry and marinate for 2 hours in herb oil.

 Remove chops from the marinade and grill on a hot grill for about 3-4 minutes per side. Arrange on plates and let rest briefly. Serve.
