4 whole Mackerel (each around 350 grams) (approximately 12 ounces)
4 Tbsps vegetable oil
1 tsp Curry powder
2 Tbsps lemon juice
salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the mackerel inside and out and pat dry with paper towels. 

2.

Whisk together the oil, curry powder and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper and then brush over the fish. Arrange on soaked wooden skewers and grill for around 20 minutes, turning occasionally. Serve with a pretzel, if desired.
