2 Tbsps Garam Masala
1 Tbsp Curry powder
4 Tbsps olive oil
4 Peaches
salt
garnish
Scented rose petal
parsley

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse chicken breasts, pat dry and rub with garam masala, curry powder and olive oil. Marinate about 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Rinse, halve and remove pits from peaches.

3.

Season chicken breasts with salt and cook on a grill or in a grill pan, turning often, until browned and cooked through, 10-15 minutes. Grill peaches, cut side down, about 5 minutes. Turn and grill until cooked through.

4.

Divide chicken and peaches among plates and garnish with rose petals and parsley.
