100 grams Maple syrup
100 milliliters white wine
2 egg whites

Preparation steps

Peel kiwis and cut into slices. Mix lime juice and zest, green tea, maple syrup and wine. Bring to a boil and boil for about 2 minutes. Then let cool. Set aside 4 kiwi slices and purée the rest.

Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into the kiwi mixture. Freeze in a freezer for 3-4 hours. Stir occasionally with a fork. To serve, spread in bowls and serve garnished with mint and kiwi slices.
