Preparation steps

1.

Peel carrots. Remove some very thin strips from 1 carrot with a peeler. Cut the remaining carrot into pieces.

2.

Rinse the parsley well, shake dry and chop coarsely with a large knife.

3.

Combine carrots, parsley, sugar, oil and ice cubes in a blender. Puree until frothy, pour into a glass and garnish with carrot strips. Enjoy immediately.
