800 grams fresh Porcini mushroom
60 grams Pastry flour
2 eggs
100 grams breadcrumbs
6 vegetable oil
300 grams mixed Lettuce (radicchio, arugula, frisee etc)
300 milliliters Mayonnaise
8 Cornichons
3 Pearl onion
1 chopped Dill

Preparation steps

1.

Trim and halve the porcini mushrooms. Whisk the eggs in a small bowl. First roll the mushrooms in flour, dip into beaten eggs and finally roll in the breadcrumbs.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the mushrooms in it until crispy. Drain the fried mushrooms on a kitchen paper.

3.

Rinse the lettuce and arrange on plates.

4.

For the tartar sauce, cut the cornichons and pearl onions into small cubes, and toss with the chopped dill and mayonnaise.

5.

Place the mushrooms over the lettuce and serve with tartar sauce.
