Not only do the cheese balls look pretty, they also provide plenty of vitamin A. The fat-soluble vitamin is important for vision, it supports the immune system and cell development and is involved in the structure of the skin.

The cream cheese balls are also a nice eye-catcher on a buffet. Prepare more of them for guests and perhaps use a cream cheese with a slightly higher fat content.
