1 tsp honey
2 sprigs rosemary

Preparation steps

Puree the feta cheese with the milk until smooth. Use a little more milk, if necessary. Mix in the mustard, garlic, and the honey. Rinse the rosemary, and remove 3 tips for garnish. Remove the leaves from the remaining rosemary and finely chop. Mix the rosemary into the sauce, then season to taste with salt and pepper.

Garnish the sauce with the remaining rosemary, and serve.
