3 Tbsps lemon juice
2 Tomatoes (peeled and diced)
1 Red onion (1 quarter sliced, rest diced)
2 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

Mix together the fish, garlic and the lemon juice. Leave to marinate for around 30 min.
