Preparation steps

1.

Rinse cucumber thoroughly with hot water and pat dry. Halve lengthwise and slice into pieces.

2.

Halve melon and scoop out seeds with a spoon. Cut into wedges, remove peel and chop coarsely.

3.

Rinse kumquats thoroughly with hot water and pat dry. Cut one kumquat into slices and set aside.

4.

Cut remaining kumquats into quarters. Using an electric juicer, juice quartered kumquats, cucumber and melon. Pour into a large glass and garnish with reserved kumquat slices.
