2 Tbsps olive oil
1 Tbsp ground paprika (sweet)
4 sprigs rosemary

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 220 ° C convection preheat.

Scrub potatoes thoroughly  and slice lengthwise. Mix with oil and paprika and arrange on a lined with parchment paper baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven at 220°C (approximatley 425°F) for about 40 minutes or until golden brown. Rinse rosemary, shake dry, pluck off needles of 2 stalks and add with a little salt during the last 5 minutes to potatoes, mix well. Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with remaining rosemary, serve.
