- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 ⅔ cups raw Prawn (peeled and deveined)
- 3 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- ⅔ cup dry sherry
- 2 tsps Sherry vinegar
- ½ tsp dried Chili flakes
- salt
- peppers
Preparation
Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the prawns and garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the prawns turn pink.
2.
Add the sherry, sherry vinegar and chilli flakes and season with salt and pepper. Increase the heat and cook for 5 minutes.
3.
Serve immediately, garnished with lemon wedges and chopped parsley.
