3 Tbsps olive oil
1 ⅔ cups raw Prawn (peeled and deveined)
3 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
cup dry sherry
2 tsps Sherry vinegar
½ tsp dried Chili flakes
salt
peppers
For the garnish
1 lemon (cut into 8 wedges)
flat-leaf parsley (chopped)

Preparation

Preparation steps

1.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the prawns and garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the prawns turn pink.
2.
Add the sherry, sherry vinegar and chilli flakes and season with salt and pepper. Increase the heat and cook for 5 minutes.
3.
Serve immediately, garnished with lemon wedges and chopped parsley.
