4 Zucchini
4 small onions
4 Bell pepper
1 ½ tsps sweet ground paprika
6 Tbsps olive oil

2 thyme
1 bay leaf

Preparation steps

1.

Mix the oil, paprika, thyme, bay leaf and season with salt and pepper. Marinate the chicken breast pieces for about 20 minutes.

2.

Rinse the vegetables, pat dry and alternately skewer with the chicken pieces. 

3.

Cook on a hot grill for about 20 minutes. Remove from the grill and serve.
