Preparation steps

1.

Beat sugar and eggs until frothy and stir in flour and milk. Refrigerate batter for ½ hour. Rinse and pit cherries. Blanch apricots and peel, halve and pit, cut into thin wedges.

Butter 6 ramekins and pour batter into them. Top with apricots and cherries and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar. Bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 35 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle with remaining powdered sugar. Serve.
