500 grams waxy potatoes
4 scallions
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 l Beef broth
4 Sausage (such as Mettwurst)
2 sprigs Savory

Preparation steps

Rinse and trim beans, cut diagonally into small pieces. Peel and rinse potatoes, dice into small pieces. Rinse and dry scallions, cut into rings. Heat oil in a pan and saute beans and potatoes briefly. Add broth and simmer for about 15 minutes, add scallions. Reduce heat and add sausages and savory, simmer for 10 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper and pour into bowls. Serve.
